My husband and I purchased our forever home with the help of Kori Hughes. I was trying to think if I was looking for a new realtor, what would I be looking for. My first thought was a person that is easy to work with. Someone that listens to my wants in the new home, but also listens to the things I do not say. In other words, I was able to tell her how many bedrooms etc that we wanted in our new home, but not the things that fit our personalities. Kori listened to it all. We now have the forever home that we are both very happy with. Kori made herself available to look at homes that, I think she knew we would not want, but she gave us her time so that we could see them. We even had one home that we were going to purchase. We did everything but sign the papers, then found out that it was in a flood zone. We backed out, and we are so glad we found out before it was too late. She answered her phone and all emails promptly. All the information that was required was easily updated and uploaded.
